Downriver Medical Associates are seeking an experienced and dependable
Medical Assistant to join our busy internal medicine primary care practice. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends!)
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
- Assisting providers with exams and procedures
- Administering injections and medications as directed
- Updating and maintaining accurate patient records
- Coordinating patient flow and supporting daily clinical operations
Qualifications:
- Current CMA or RMA certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant (internal medicine preferred)
- Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
