Fort Yuma Health Care Center is an IHS facility serving the Quechan Tribe and surrounding Native American communities. Located at 401 E. Picacho Road, Winterhaven, CA 92283.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, and prepare patients for examination
• Assist providers with procedures and examinations
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed
• Collect and process laboratory specimens
• Document in electronic health record (EHR)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• National CMA certification (AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
• IHS or rural healthcare experience preferred

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. No call, no weekends.
