    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
    • Record vital signs, review patient medical histories, and update information in the EMR system
    • Document patient communications and electronically prescribe medications under physician supervision
    • Act as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring clear and compassionate communication
    • Prepare, stock, and sanitize exam rooms and equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
    • Respond to patient inquiries and assist with scheduling appointments, surgeries, and referrals
    • Follow up on test results, medication authorizations, and post-operative care instructions
    • Assist physicians with in-office procedures as needed
    • Participating in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Supervisor

    Requirements

    • Excellent multitasking, time management, and strong communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
    • 3 years of surgical experience
    • Medical Assistant Certification Required
