Job Details:

Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm

Location: Rowlett, TX

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Range: $22/hr- $23.40/hr

  • Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

  • Performed all duties within the scope of a Medical Assistant, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards
  • Operated diagnostic equipment, performed EKGs, and conducted quality control checks to ensure accuracy and functionality
  • Administered non-intravenous medications and collected specimens using noninvasive techniques, including venipuncture and capillary blood collection
  • Roomed patients according to established policies and procedures and prepared patients for physician examinations
  • Accurately documented patient care, medical histories, vital signs, and clinical information in the electronic medical record in a timely manner
  • Coordinated patient care activities under physician direction while adhering to company policies and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

  • Education: High School
  • License(s):
  • Certification(s): CMA, BLS
  • Years of experience: 2 Years
