    How you'll make an impact in this role

    Conduct comprehensive patient interviews and triage by accurately capturing vital signs and medical histories to facilitate efficient provider examinations and informed care plans.

    Deliver direct assistance during clinical treatments and specialized procedures under the supervision of providers or RNs, ensuring strict adherence to safety and sterilization protocols.

    Serve as a clinical scribe to document real-time patient encounters, transcribing complex diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions with 100% accuracy.

    Oversee the seamless transcription and coordination of provider orders, including laboratory tests, radiology imaging, and medications, to ensure continuity of care.

    Optimize clinic workflow by managing treatment room preparation, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and overseeing medical supply inventory through proactive materials management.

    What minimum requirements you'll need

    Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Medical Assistant obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Certified or Registered both accepted.

    Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
