Rezult Group is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative technology services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Primary Care / Occupational Healthcare company in Lees Summit, MO.
We are looking for an CMA who has experience in a clinic setting who can cover for a primary care / occupational health clinic. This clinic sees ages 2+. This clinic sees physicals, sick visits, well woman, office visits, workers comp injury, bus driver physicals, does DOT UDS, POCT (strep, covid, flu, urine dip, urine preg), EKGs, draw labs, etc.
· Contract Length: 9 weeks
· Start date: ASAP
· Pay Rate Range: $24 - $27 an hour
· Schedule: Mon: 7AM-11AM (labs) / Tues: 7AM-3pm / Wed: 7AM-5:30PM / Thurs: 7AM-11AM (labs) then 12 pm - 5:30 pm / Fri: 7AM-12PM (labs) and then 1PM - 4:30PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· CMA position for busy Primary Care clinic. Ages of patients are 2+ although it is primarily adults we see. The busiest day is with 2 providers scheduled and a lab and its no more than 30 patients a day. The volume is usually closer to 17 a day.
· Responsible for lab draws, rooming patients, front and back office duties and POC testing. Epic EMR experience preferred.
Requirements:
· 3 years minimum of CMA experience required. At least 1 year of experience in an primary care or urgent care environment preferred.
· Must have experience performing venipuncture and have strong phlebotomy skills required. We need someone proficient in phlebotomy who can run the lab schedule independently.
· CMA experience required.
· BLS or CPR certification required.
