(CMA) Certified Medical Assistant

Location: Great Neck, NY
Pay: $20–$25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (early leave on Friday's!)

About the Opportunity

An established and growing plastic surgery practice in Great Neck is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced surgeons and medical professionals in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake and document medical information.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist physicians with in-office procedures.
• Perform suture and drain removals.
• Prepare, clean, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
• Maintain exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions and support patients throughout their visits.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, personable, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
