Our practice is a small, privately owned office experiencing rapid growth, so we are looking for a candidate who is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and embraces change with professionalism and flexibility.ResponsibilitiesCollect and document patient medical historyCommunicate patient information and updates to the providerPerform accurate data entry and maintain patient recordsMeasure and record vital signsPrepare and clean exam roomsAnswer and manage incoming phone callsAssist with medication administration, including injectionsAssist providers during proceduresObtain specimen samples as directedSchedule patient appointmentsMaintain medical equipment by following operating instructions, troubleshooting issues, monitoring supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs when neededMaintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following established standards, procedures, and legal regulationsProtect patient confidentiality and maintain HIPAA compliance at all timesRequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age2 years of clinical or medical experience highly preferredCertification is a must.
