Position Overview:
New York & New Jersey Eye Institute is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing ophthalmology practice. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, highly organized, and capable of supporting providers with both clinical and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with allergy skin testing, TM Flow testing, immunotherapy treatments, and other clinical services as needed.
  • Perform clinical duties including patient education, and follow-up instructions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain compliance with HIPAA and practice protocols.
  • Support daily office operations and collaborate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and administrative personnel.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
  • Previous experience (if) in an ophthalmology, or allergy practice preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
Compensation:
  • Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and interview evaluation.
