Assist with daily clinical operations and routine administrative and clinical protocols applicable to a physician's office setting.
Triage and prepares patients for examination and/or specialty procedures.
Provides primary surgery scheduling support for providers as assigned.
Knowledge of exam room and patient preparation procedures.
Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and procedures.
Knowledge of aseptic/sterile techniques and wound care.
Skilled in administering medications.
Skilled in triaging patient records and maintaining inventories.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma required.
Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), and provide proof of valid certification.
Experience: 3-5 years of related experience, to include surgery scheduling responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of college education or Associate's Degree preferred.
EPIC software.
OB/GYN experience.

Immunization Requirements
It is MSM's Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are encouraged to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption. Failure to provide proof of vaccination for any required vaccines or obtain an exemption from MSM will result in rescission of a candidate's offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
