    Join the team at Jill's Harbor - Chevy Chase, a brand new beautifully designed, boutique-style assisted living and memory care home opening soon in Chevy Chase, Maryland. We are redefining what it means to care for older adults by creating a calm, engaging, and truly home-like environment for our residents, and a supportive workplace for our team members.

    As a Certified Med Tech and Caregiver, you'll be part of a small close-knit team providing care in a home that serves only 5 residents. You'll have the opportunity to truly connect with those you care for, including administering medications, preparing meals, assisting with all daily routines, and engaging in meaningful activities that bring joy and meaning to their day.

    This is an ideal role for someone who wants to step away from the rush of large facilities and instead be part of a thoughtful, purpose-driven home where your presence matters.

    Hiring Full-Time & Part-Time | Shifts Available: 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM | Weekdays & Weekends

    Requirements

    • High school Diploma
    • Current Maryland CMT certification
    • Prior experience in assisted living or residential care preferred
    • Able to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
    • CPR/First Aid certified
    • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively 
    • Comfortable using technology (EMR system, mobile apps, documentation tools)
    • Able to pass background check, TB screening, and provide work eligibility documentation
