Medication Associate

Pay: $20.25 per hour

We are seeking a Medication Associate to provide safe and compassionate medication assistance to our residents. Schedule: - Full-Time 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Part-Time 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Every other weekend required
Responsibilities: - Prepare, administer, and accurately document oral, topical, and suppository medications
- Take and record resident vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure
- Administer PRN medications as directed
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Maintain accurate Medication Administration Records, controlled substance logs, resident records, and Move N documentation
- Provide compassionate support while promoting resident safety and well-being
Requirements: - Medication Associate certification is required
- Certification in insulin administration by a Certified Diabetic Educator is required
- Home Health Aide or CNA certification preferred
- CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred
