We are seeking a Certified Litigation Paralegal to join our firm and assist our attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, litigation support, document preparation, filings, and discovery. The ideal candidate is a certified paralegal with 3+ years of experience in litigation, defense-side practice, and insurance claims. This role is based in our New York office on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office days every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Document review
Legal research
Calendaring
Case tracking, managing, and organizing
Deposition summarizing
Medical record request and summarizing
Medicare querying and reporting
Court filing - ECF NY State and Federal; NJ a plus
Updating databases with case details
What You Bring
Qualifications / Requirements of the Senior Litigation Paralegal:
Paralegal Certificate and bachelor’s degree
3 or more years paralegal experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as LexisNexis
Knowledge of NY/NJ procedural rules
Detail-orientated
Excellent written and verbal skills
Legal calendaring experience
Ability to work independently, but also be a team player
What We Offer
Salary range: $65k-$80k, commensurate with experience
