Certified IRB Specialist II (CIP Required)
We are seeking a Certified IRB Specialist II to support IRB operations, regulatory compliance, and the protection of human subjects in research. This role will provide regulatory guidance, conduct quality reviews and audits, support investigators, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional research requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Certified IRB Professional (CIP) certification required
Experience supporting clinical trials and human subjects research
Strong background in:
Regulatory compliance
Regulatory submissions and documentation
Quality assurance/audit processes
Performance monitoring and reporting
Bachelor"s degree plus 3+ years of IRB/research experience OR Associate"s degree plus 5+ years of IRB/research experience
Ability to attend onsite audits, meetings, and research events as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79289.60/yr.
