What You'll Do
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Help with mobility and daily activities
- Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Provide medication reminders as permitted
- Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions
- Follow care plans and complete basic care documentation
What We're Looking For
- Active NJ CHHA certification for CHHA positions
- Caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Current TB clearance or required health screening
- Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation (training provided)
- Reliable transportation preferred
