Were looking for a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) who enjoys providing one-on-one care and helping patients remain safe and comfortable in their homes. In this role, youll support patients with personal care, daily living activities, and overall comfort while working closely with the clinical care team.
What Youll Do
Assist patients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingProvide supportive homemaking and environmental servicesAssist with ambulation and range of motion exercisesObserve, report, and document patient condition and care providedHelp maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environmentWork under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist
