Providence Park Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center is currently seeking a Certified Dietary Manager for our skilled nursing facility in Mobile, AL. This role will assist in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards while ensuring that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis.
