Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective dietary programs and menus that meet the nutritional needs of patients and staff
• Manage and supervise a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Conduct quality control measures to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to plan and deliver meals that meet specific patient requirements
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and budgeting
• Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients and staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of dietary services

Requirements:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification

• Minimum 0 years of experience in dietary management or a related field

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
