    Job Overview
    We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP Concur Travel & Expense solutions and a valid Concur Certified Implementation Professional (CIP) certification. The consultant will lead functional design, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, and production support activities for SAP Concur solutions.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
    • Configure and support SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice solutions based on business requirements.
    • Work closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, HR, and Travel teams to understand business processes and translate them into Concur solutions.
    • Lead functional workshops, requirement analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution documentation.
    • Configure expense policies, workflows, approval hierarchies, expense types, audit rules, and organizational structures.
    • Support integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA and other third-party systems.
    • Define and execute functional test scenarios, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
    • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support while coordinating with technical/integration teams.
    • Lead data migration, configuration migration, and cutover activities.
    • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, process flows, and training materials.
    • Provide functional leadership to offshore/onshore teams and coordinate with business stakeholders and implementation partners.
    • Ensure Concur configurations follow SAP Concur implementation and governance standards.
