Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the scope of repair work needed
- Perform collision repairs including frame straightening, metal finishing, and painting
- Replace damaged parts and trim components according to manufacturer guidelines
- Work with team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair progress and timelines
Requirements
- Current certification as a Collision Center Body Technician
- Proven experience in collision repair and bodywork
- Strong knowledge of automotive materials, tools, and repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret vehicle service manuals and damage reports
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
