    We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Clinical CPAP Specialist to join our growing team.

    This position is ideal for a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) who enjoys building relationships with patients and working with a great team.

    What You'll Do

    As a Clinical CPAP Specialist, you'll serve as a coach, educator, and advocate for patients beginning or continuing sleep apnea therapy.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Under the direction of Medical Director you will Conduct CPAP setups, appointments, and educate patients on their equipment
    • Troubleshoot PAP equipment, masks, and therapy challenges
    • Assist patients with their resupply orders
    • Monitor compliance and therapy effectiveness from vendor platforms
    • Perform follow-up appointments to improve patient success and adherence
    • Document patient interactions in our electronic medical record system
    • Collaborate with physicians, sleep labs, and referral partners
    • Assist patients with insurance, billing, and supply questions
    • Promote outstanding customer service during every patient interaction
    • Support company initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes
    • Participate in on call rotation every 6 weeks.

    Must have Qualifications

    One or more of the following:

    • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
