Matt Bowers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring certified CDJR Automotive Technicians ready to bring strong diagnostic skills, quality workmanship, and a commitment to fixing vehicles right the first time.

We are offering $35 $69 per hour based on certifications, experience, and demonstrated ability, plus up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus based on certification level and experience. Pay structure and bonus terms will be discussed during the interview.

Your Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.

  • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.

  • Troubleshoot electrical, engine, transmission, and drivability concerns within your areas of expertise.

  • Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information to identify problems accurately.

  • Document repair work and communicate findings clearly with service advisors.

  • Maintain a safe, organized work area and deliver dependable repairs.

Qualifications

  • Current CDJR, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or Stellantis technician certifications

  • Previous professional automotive repair experience

  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills

  • Professional tools appropriate for the position

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

  • Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in your work
