About the Role:
Join our team at Executive Home Care of Coral Springs as a Certified Caregiver/HHA/CNA, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
- Medication reminders and monitor health status as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition assistance.
- Participate in training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being.
- Reliable transportation
- weekends a must
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
