ATvantage is expanding across Pennsylvania, and we're building our network of Athletic Trainers for upcoming full-time opportunities in secondary school settings for the 2026/2027 school year.

What to Expect

• Full-time opportunities in various settings (HS/secondary school, Collegiate, Etc.)
• Hourly bi-weekly pay: $34–$40/hour with benefits (health, 401K, flexible schedule, CEUs)
• Ongoing support with staffing, communication, and coverage
• A team focused on improving the AT experience — not just placing positions
