BG Staffing is seeking a skilled Floating Certified Maintenance Technician to support two apartment communities in Tampa, FL (33617). This role is ideal for a certified maintenance professional who can work independently, adapt quickly, and provide high‑quality service across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance troubleshooting
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Travel between two properties as needed
• Deliver professional, friendly service to residents

Requirements

• Maintenance certification required
• Strong apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time across two sites
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
