BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to support two property locations in Charlotte and Concord, NC. This is a floating role for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Work Schedule:
Charlotte (28215): Monday & Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Concord (28027): Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Fridays: Split between both sites
Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Perform general apartment maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Prepare units for new residents (turns/make-readies)
Maintain curb appeal and assist with preventative maintenance
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Reliable transportation to travel between sites
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
