BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Brentwood, TN (37027). This role is ideal for a technician with strong maintenance expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Preferred candidates will live within 30 miles of the property.
Position Details
Responsibilities
Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including:
HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
Electrical and plumbing diagnostics
Appliance repair and replacement
Carpentry, drywall, and general building upkeep
Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
