- Licenses/Certifications: Active certification as a Pediatric or Adult Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist Assistant; IMLC accepted for licensing, credentials processed within 1-2 days upon full application
- Experience: Recent cardiac, neonatal, infant, or complex congenital heart surgery experience preferred; recent CATH, EP, or OR case logs required
Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Rate: $244.53/hour

What Youll Do:- Provide anesthesia coverage for complex cardiac and pediatric procedures, including bypass surgeries, catheterizations, neonatal, and infant hearts
- Assist with cardiac ECMO, mediastinal explorations, and other specialized cardiac cases
- Support quality improvement initiatives and program development activities
- Collaborate with the Core Cardiac Team during daytime hours, ensuring high standards of patient safety and care
- Maintain detailed logs of cases performed; adhere to documentation protocols
- Participate in multidisciplinary team efforts and governance activities related to cardiac anesthesia
What You Need:- Valid certification as a Pediatric or Adult Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist Assistant
- At least 12 months of recent experience in a cardiac or pediatric anesthesia setting
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Anesthesiology (fellowship pathway preferred)
- Experience with neonatal and complex congenital cardiac procedures a plus
- Ability to work independently in a solo model with support from the core cardiac team
