- Work as an integral member of a collaborative anesthesia care team alongside anesthesiologists and CRNAs to deliver exceptional perioperative care.

Compensation & Incentives
W-2 Employment
- Base Compensation: $316,800 annually ($180/hour)
Additional Incentives
- $50,000 Sign-On Bonus (5-year commitment required)
- Eligible for quality incentive of up to $8,800 annually

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
- Certified or certification-eligible through the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA)
- Eligible for or currently holding an active Indiana Anesthesiologist Assistant license
- Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
