    Description

    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cerner Billing/Charge Services Analyst to support Oracle Health (Cerner) Revenue Cycle applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing billing and charge services workflows to ensure accurate revenue cycle operations.
    Responsibilities:
    •  Configure and support Cerner Charge Services and Revenue Cycle applications. 
    •  Maintain charge capture, pricing, billing, claims processing, and CDM workflows. 
    •  Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support. 
    •  Perform system testing, validation, and change management activities. 
    •  Collaborate with revenue cycle and clinical teams to improve billing processes. 
    •  Assist with reporting and data analysis using CCL/SQL when needed. 
    Required Qualifications:
    •  4–8 years of Oracle Health (Cerner) Revenue Cycle experience. 
    •  Hands-on experience with Cerner Charge Services, Patient Accounting, Billing, Claims Processing, and Charge Description Master (CDM). 
    •  Strong understanding of charge capture, pricing updates, bill code maintenance, and Patient Financial Services (PFS). 
    •  Experience with production support, incident resolution, and system testing. 
    •  Basic knowledge of CCL, SQL, and reporting tools is preferred. 
    •  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
