Investment Casting Ceramic EngineerThe Company is a leading international manufacturer of specialist superalloys and high-precision alloy components with manufacturing facilities all over the world. The organization serves as a leader in the development and production of precision cast components for the aerospace industry.Job DescriptionDesign, evaluate, and modify ceramic molds and cores to meet manufacturing and customer requirements. Develop and optimize ceramic materials, formulations, and processing methods for investment casting applications. Provide technical expertise related to ceramic materials, manufacturability, and process performance. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Perform testing, analysis, and validation of ceramic materials and processes. Ensure compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. Investigate process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Support the introduction of new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes. Develop process documentation, standards, and best practices.
