    Join a high-tech tile manufacturing team where precision and pace define the day. You’ll set up, run, and fine-tune tile presses to keep production flowing safely and on spec—while partnering with teammates and leaders to deliver outstanding results.

    Schedule

    • C-Shift
    • Wednesday: Noon - 6PM
    • Thursday - Saturday: 6AM - 6PM

    What You’ll Do

    Arrive ready to own a press line. You’ll begin with a safety check and a review of production orders. Throughout the shift, you’ll monitor product dimensions and appearance on green tile, make setting adjustments to maintain quality, and log key run data. You’ll plan and perform die and frame changes or transfers, keep your work area organized, and quickly elevate any issues to your supervisor to minimize downtime.

    • Operate tile presses following established SOPs and daily production schedules.
    • Hit throughput and quality targets consistently.
    • Inspect green tile at regular intervals to verify it meets specifications.
    • Lift and handle green tile safely as production requires.
    • Change and transfer dies/frames per production orders.
    • Adjust press parameters to correct quality or process deviations.
    • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work zone at all times.
    • Communicate promptly with supervisors about any production or quality concerns.
    • Record production and quality-control metrics accurately.
    • Follow OSHA and company safety policies; use PPE and safe work practices at all times.
    • Perform additional duties that support production efficiency, quality, and safety.

    What You Bring

    • 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
    • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
    • Skilled at monitoring and operating automated machinery and production equipment.

    Physical Demands

    • Stand and walk for long periods on concrete flooring.
    • Use hands to handle tiles, tools, and press components.
    • Reach, bend, kneel, stoop, or crouch to complete tasks.
    • Climb stairs or ladders to access equipment as needed.
    • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 60 pounds.
    • Work around noise, dust, and vibration.
    • Maintain good vision and depth perception for equipment monitoring.
    • Communicate clearly within a production environment.

    Work Environment

    Manufacturing plant setting with moderate to loud noise, dust, vibration, moving machinery, and some uneven surfaces. PPE is required, including safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection. Attention to safety, cleanliness, and coordination with teammates is essential for efficient operations.
