Position Overview

The CEO will lead overall business performance, develop the team, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders to support the business's continued development and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Build and develop a high-performing team.
• Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
• Strengthen sales capabilities and business development efforts.
• Establish processes to support long-term scalability.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, business acumen, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing business performance, developing teams, and driving growth in an operationally intensive environment is preferred.

Work Environment & Location

Long Island, New York - on-site leadership role.

Compensation

$210K-$220K base salary, plus performance bonus and equity participation.
