Job Details

Provide overall strategic, operational, and financial leadership for a 50-bed post-acute hospital
Drive hospital performance, growth initiatives, and patient satisfaction outcomes
Lead and develop an interdisciplinary leadership team
Oversee hospital budgets, P&L performance, and operational metrics
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards
Foster strong relationships with physicians, referral partners, and community stakeholders
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase patient volume and market presence
Monitor clinical quality indicators and implement performance improvement initiatives
Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence throughout the organization
Partner with regional and corporate leadership to achieve organizational objectives
Manage staffing, operational efficiencies, and resource allocation
Lead organizational change efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
