About the Role A growing network of specialty cardiac clinics is seeking a CEO to take full executive ownership of the business. This is a true top-seat role — you'll set the vision, drive growth, and ensure every clinic runs at its highest level while the founding team steps back. The right person combines sharp business instincts with the people skills to lead teams, build partnerships, and scale a healthcare organization with real momentum.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Strategy

  • Set and execute the strategic vision across all clinic locations
  • Own the overall performance and direction of the organization
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker, keeping ownership informed without burdening them

Operations & Facility Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple cardiac clinic sites
  • Ensure each location maintains a safe, compliant, and well-run environment
  • Manage vendor relationships and facility needs organization-wide

Growth & Business Development

  • Drive new partnership development and referral relationships across all sites
  • Identify and execute on expansion opportunities for the clinic network
  • Lead onboarding of new partners and referral sources

Finance & Revenue

  • Own the financial side of the business including budgets, pricing, and P&L
  • Ensure revenue growth outpaces operating costs across the network
  • Report on financial performance and hold locations accountable to targets

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and develop clinic staff and leadership across all locations
  • Act as the connective tissue between ownership, management, and frontline teams
  • Take full ownership of initiatives so they're off the founder's plate

Qualifications

  • Proven executive or senior operations leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or a clinical environment
  • Strong financial acumen — comfortable owning budgets, pricing strategy, and multi-site P&L
  • Experience building referral networks or managing business development partnerships
  • Multi-site or multi-unit management experience strongly preferred
  • A-player mentality: takes full ownership, sees the big picture, and gets things done
  • Exceptional communication and organizational leadership skills
