About the Role:

The Learning Experience #475 in Madison, AL is looking for a passionate and driven Centre Director to lead our early childhood education center. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor teaching staff and support personnel
• Monitor and maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards
• Build strong relationships with families through open communication and exceptional customer service
• Manage center budget, enrollment goals, and financial performance
• Implement and support The Learning Experience curriculum and educational programs
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and foster ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a childcare center leadership or director role
• Knowledge of Alabama childcare licensing requirements and regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Proven ability to manage enrollment, budgets, and center operations
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
