Position Summary
The AssistantVice President of Facilities (AVP), Maintenance & Planning is a senior executive responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and long‑range planning of the health system's-built environment. This role oversees all facilities operations, maintenance programs, capital planning, construction management, environment of care compliance, and master facility planning across a multi‑site, high‑acuity health system.
The AVP ensures that all facilities are safe, resilient, efficient, and aligned with the organization's strategic growth priorities. This leader partners closely with clinical, operational, and financial executives to support patient‑centered care delivery and long‑term organizational sustainability.
