This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process for our clients, acting as a key point of contact within our healthcare services system.     Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the centralized intake process to ensure timely and accurate client information intake.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
    • Maintain and update intake records accurately within the company's database systems.
    • Resolve any intake-related issues by collaborating with relevant departments to ensure client needs are met promptly.
    • Assist in the development and improvement of intake procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in a healthcare or customer service role involving intake or client coordination.
    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency with database management and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
