Summary

This position prepares, sterilizes, using Steam and High Level Chemicals for reusable instruments, supplies and equipment for use throughout the hospital system. Inventories and re-stocks, delivers supplies and equipment to all patient care areas.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must obtain CRCST or CBSPD certification within 18 months of hire or transfer into the roll if the employee has limited or no prior experience in Central Service or Sterile Processing.

Preferred:

• One year of Central Service or Sterile Processing experience.
