Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) – Night Shift
Location: New York, NY 10016
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week (5x8s)
Pay Rate: $30 - $36/hour
We are seeking an experienced Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) to support sterile processing operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with instrument processing, sterilization procedures, and infection control standards.
High School Diploma or GED required.
CRCST Certification (HSPA) required.
Primary Source Verification through HSPA or CBSPD required.
Minimum 1 year of Central Sterile experience required.
2 years of experience preferred.
Knowledge of sterile processing, instrument identification, surgical procedures, and sterilization standards.
Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment.
Maintain accurate sterilization records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols.
Identify and troubleshoot instrument and equipment issues.
Support operating room and procedural departments with timely instrument processing.
