Job Summary: Schedule outpatient appointments for various hospital departments. Gather and verify correct documentation including signed orders, authorization and referral attachments. Clearly and accurately relay appointment instructions to patients. 
Gather and maintain accurate patient medical records including demographic, financial and billing data.  Work directly with hospital departments, providers, nursing and other staff to provide care, compassion and excellent customer service. Must possess strong phone skills as well as multitasking abilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Computer skills and knowledge
• Customer Service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in health care setting
