    Company Overview

E-Logic, Inc. is a small business founded in 2007 and headquartered in Washington, D.C. We support federal, state, and local customers, including the Department of Defense and the National Guard, with logistics, warehousing, IT, and technology services.

We are mission-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing reliable support to Soldiers and units so they have the right equipment, at the right time, in the right condition.

    The Opportunity

E-Logic is hiring two Central Issue Facility (CIF) Supply Technicians to support the Pennsylvania Army National Guard's Central Issue Facility at Fort Indiantown Gap. In this role, you will be directly involved in issuing, exchanging, and turning in Soldiers' Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE), ensuring accuracy, accountability, and readiness.

This is an excellent opportunity for former or current Army supply professionals, especially those with CIF or 92Y/92A experience, who want to continue working in a structured, mission-driven environment while applying their knowledge of Army supply systems and regulations in a civilian capacity.

    What You'll Do

    • Process OCIE issue, exchange, and turn-in transactions for individual Soldiers and units, to include sizing and fitting to ensure proper wear and readiness.
    • Review and validate hand receipts and supporting documents, assisting Soldiers and unit representatives to resolve discrepancies on the spot.
    • Maintain accurate suspense files, transaction records, and tracking logs using SEAM and Microsoft Excel to support clean audits and accountability.
    • Receive, stage, and store OCIE items in the warehouse, identifying and reporting any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged property.
    • Support scheduled and cyclic inventories, reconciliations, and surge or mobilization events to keep stocks accurate and available when needed.

    What Success Looks Like

    • Within the first 3–6 months, you consistently process OCIE transactions with minimal errors and provide professional, courteous support to all Soldiers and units.
    • You maintain accurate electronic and paper records in SEAM and Excel, contributing to smooth reconciliations and positive accountability reviews.
    • You demonstrate reliable knowledge of Army supply and property accountability regulations (including AR 710-2 and AR 735-5) in daily decision-making.
    • During inventories, mobilizations, or surge events, you help keep operations organized, on schedule, and responsive to changing priorities.

    What We're Looking For

    • Hands-on experience in Army supply, CIF, OCIE, logistics, or warehouse operations, with a strong understanding of accountability and care of equipment.
    • Working knowledge of Army supply and property accountability regulations such as AR 710-2 and AR 735-5.
    • Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
    • Professional customer service skills, a team-oriented mindset, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a Government background check and obtain a CAC.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • This position is contingent upon contract award to E-Logic, Inc.
    • Equal Employment Opportunity employer; veterans are encouraged to apply.
    • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 0700 and 1630; no federal holidays.
    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift OCIE items as part of daily duties.

    How to Apply

If you have Army supply, CIF, or related logistics experience and want to continue supporting Soldier readiness, please submit your resume and any relevant military or civilian experience details for consideration.
