Job Title: Centerless Grinder
Pay: $28 - $30 per hour
Hours: 6am to 4:30pm (Monday - Thursday)

As a Centerless Grinder, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating grinding machines to produce precision parts. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality output and adherence to specifications.

What You'll Do
As a Centerless Grinder, you will be responsible for

• Reading blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications and order requirements.
• Using gauges and other measuring instruments to make sure parts conform to specifications.
• Completing set-up of machines, including all tooling, adjustments, and gaging.
• Verifying conformance of first piece production, making sure all dimensions meet print specifications using proper measuring instruments.
• Tearing down set-ups after job completion.
• Dressing wheels as required to maintain size and micro finish.
• Inspecting parts regularly to ensure they meet print requirements.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Experience operating centerless grinding machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints and using measuring tools like gauges.
• Ability to set up and tear down machinery efficiently.
