Center Medical Director - Outpatient

Medical Director – North Miami Beach, FL

We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to serve as Medical Director for an established outpatient clinic focused on the adult and Medicare population.

Position Highlights:• Medical Director role• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM• No hospital rounding• Minimal call (1 week per year)• Leadership opportunity• Adult/Geriatric patient population

Compensation & Benefits:• $260,000 base salary• PCP bonus up to $24,000• Medicare bonus up to $36,000• Sign-on bonus available• 17 days PTO• CME allowance and paid CME time• Malpractice with tail coverage• Florida license, DEA, and NICA paid• 401(k) with employer match

Requirements:• Board Certified MD/DO• Spanish required• Leadership experience preferred
