About the Role:The UPS Store #3271 in Somers, NY is looking for a motivated and hands-on customer-facing Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and maintain strong operational standards in a busy The UPS Store location. The ideal candidate will:
- Perform store opening and closing duties and ensure operational readiness
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient store workflow
- Recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members to achieve performance goals
- Lead by example to deliver world-class customer service
- Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Organize staff for optimum coverage of Store hours
- Review and approve payroll and timesheets

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of customer-facing retail management experience
- Proven leadership and team-building skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and POS systems
- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
- Available to work weekends as needed
- Higher education preferred
- New York Notary Public commission preferred
