What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and client flow
  • Manage, mentor, and develop therapists and support staff
  • Oversee all client touchpoints—from intake through follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with safety, brand, and service standards
  • Partner with marketing and community groups to drive awareness and referrals
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet operational and financial goals

Key Outcomes

  • Client Growth & Engagement: Drive a 20% increase in client and membership numbers within the first year
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain consistent execution of systems with 5% variance
  • Team Leadership: Achieve 90% team engagement through strong leadership and development
  • Experience Quality: Maintain a 4.8 average Google review through exceptional client experience
  • Financial Performance: Own center P&L and meet monthly revenue and margin targets

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, or related environments
  • Proven ability to manage teams and coach toward performance goals
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-tempo, service-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership presence

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, sports/wellness, or related field
  • Certifications in massage therapy, fitness, or other wellness modalities
  • Experience managing P&L and performance metrics
  • Background in hospitality-driven or client experience–focused environments
