What You'll Do as Center Manager
- Lead day-to-day clinical operations of the Santa Cruz center
- Mentor staff PTs and support new grads through our clinical instructor program
- Build and maintain employer relationships in the Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay area
- Drive clinical outcomes, patient experience, and team development
- Maintain an active patient caseload alongside leadership duties
Compensation & Incentives
- 8% annual profit share bonus (Center Manager–specific)

What We're Looking For
- Active California PT license (required)
- Licensed Physical Therapist with clinical experience in orthopedics and/or industrial medicine
- Leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to step into a management role
- Passion for measurable outcomes, team development, and prevention-focused care
- Strong communication skills for working with employer partners and injured workers
