Job Summary:
This is a 1.0 FTE/0.80 cFTE Associate Professor position that will serve within the Section of Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplantation-Cellular Therapeutics (BMT‑CT). This position carries primary responsibility for delivering independent, high-quality inpatient and outpatient clinical care, providing leadership within the clinical program, and contributing meaningfully to the academic, educational, and service missions of the School of Medicine.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other attending physicians and physician-scientists to supervise advanced practice providers, fellows, residents, and students. Responsibilities include leadership of inpatient rounds, performance of procedures, facilitation of family conferences, outpatient clinic care, and the development, leadership, or meaningful participation in clinical, translational, outcomes-based, or quality improvement scholarship. This is a predominantly clinical role, with academic effort commensurate with experience, interests, and external funding.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
$228,000 to $280,000.
The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
