We’re hiring a Center Clinical Medical Director who wants competitive compensation, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to lead a team of healthcare providers while building long-term wealth through a no-buy-in partnership opportunity.

You’ll step into a 100% outpatient physician leadership role focused on providing personalized, value-based care to seniors managing multiple chronic conditions. You’ll lead and mentor primary care physicians and nurse practitioners while maintaining a small patient panel, allowing you to focus on clinical quality, physician development, and meaningful patient relationships.

• Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM
• Exceptionally small patient panel of approximately 60–90 seniors

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an MD or DO degree
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• You have at least one year of clinical experience in geriatrics or family practice
• You’re comfortable caring for seniors with multiple chronic conditions
• You enjoy mentoring and developing physicians and nurse practitioners
• You value preventive medicine, continuity of care, and meaningful patient relationships
• You thrive in a collaborative, value-based healthcare environment
• Previous clinical leadership experience is preferred

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $280,000–$300,000 annually
• Additional performance bonus opportunities
