Compensation: $12.00–$15.00/hr + commission on notary services
About the Role
The UPS Store in Ruston is hiring a Center Associate who also performs notary services. You'll help customers with shipping, printing, mailbox services, and notarizations in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service across all store operations
- Process shipping, packaging, and receiving
- Operate printing/copying equipment and fulfill print orders
- Perform notarial acts in accordance with Louisiana law
- Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain store appearance, organization, and supply levels
- Open and/or close the store as scheduled
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Louisiana Notary Public commission
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred
